Words Found More Added 2025

Møstings, Copenhagen, Denmark

There is a distinct literary thread in the project Words Found More Added, initiated in 2011. Here, selected text passages – ranging from Sappho’s fragments to contemporary literary works – form the basis for the creation of the works. There is a self-imposed dogma in the production of art objects for the series involves a careful selection of a wide variety of text excerpts. Once the sentences are chosen, they are responded to with new sentences, and finally, spatial works are created to accompany the texts; words are transformed into objects.

The exhibition is presented as a total installation, where the spaces are suspended between text and object, thought and feeling, as well as the works’ predominantly black, gray, and white color palette, which contrasts with the colourful surroundings in Møstings.
