THE CARL NIELSEN AND ANNE MARIE CARL-NIELSEN GRANT EXHIBITION 2008
DEN FRIE, COPENHAGEN, DENMARK

The Carl Nielsen and Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen Grant is the most important honorary grant in Denmark. It is awarded every second year to sculptors and the other years to composers. In connection with the grant the receivers are presented for the public in an exhibition hosted by the Carl Nielsen and Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen Foundation. The exhibition contains usually both new and older works by the artists and is held at Den Frie in Copenhagen. In 2008 the grant was awarded to three sculptors: Erland Knudssøn Madsen, Jesper Rasmussen and Jytte Høy
